Our Story

Why TB Custom Cues Exists

Too many good cues get retired early. Not because they're actually done — because the shop either doesn't exist nearby, or doesn't take the work seriously. A worn wrap, a chipped ferrule, a shaft that's lost its glide — these are fixable problems. They deserve a fixer who treats them that way instead of pushing a new sale.

We're repair-first, on purpose. Shaft cleaning and reconditioning, turndowns, tips and ferrules, re-wraps, joint work — that's the whole game plan, not a side note next to a catalog of new builds we're trying to move. We're still growing our custom build capabilities, and we're upfront about that. What you get today is honest, hands-on repair from someone who actually plays — and respects the equipment enough to fix it right the first time.

Every cue that comes through gets logged, photographed, and treated like it matters. Because to the player who owns it, it does — and we're not in the business of pretending otherwise.

Repair-First

We fix what you've got. We're not trying to upsell you a new build you didn't ask for.

Quality Over Quantity

A $40 house cue and a vintage custom get the same attention here. Every time.

Honest Turnaround

We tell you what it actually takes. No vague promises, no surprises at pickup.

No B.S.

If we can't fix it right, we'll tell you straight — not string you along.
